Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We offer 2 oz and 4 oz options so you can test before buying larger quantities.  We do not accept returns on any products unless we have made a mistake when shipping.  Everyone has a different sense of smell.  We encourage you to try a sample size before buying a larger quantity so you can smell and test in your application to see if the fragrance is agreeable to you and your application, as all sales are final. In order to maintain our high sanitary standards we regret that we are unable to accept returns. This protects all of our customers from the possibility of contamination, and there are no exceptions to this policy. We offer 2 oz + 4 oz options to use as testers so you can test in your own application using your own supplies prior to purchasing a larger quantity. It is at your risk that you purchase a larger bottle without first testing. Our fragrance oils are considered a specialty item.  We cannot take products of any nature back and resell them; therefore, we do not accept product returns.  We do not offer any type of product exchanges. Please try our 2 oz or 4 oz options prior to purchasing a larger quantity.

Fragrances with the same name from different companies will more than likely smell different as we don’t purchase from the same manufacturers nor do we all purchase the same grade, or quality of fragrance oil.

Refused Deliveries (Duties/Taxes/Import Fees)

If a shipment is refused or returned because duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges were not accepted or paid by the recipient, a refund (if applicable) will be issued only after the parcel is returned to us and processed. The following will be deducted from any refund:

-Our actual outbound shipping cost (including where “free shipping” was applied at checkout).
-Any return shipping, carrier return fees, customs/brokerage, storage, or other charges billed to us as a result of the refusal.

No refund will be issued if the carrier abandons, destroys, or otherwise does not return the goods to us, or if the returned goods are not in original, resalable condition. If you would like us to reship the order after a refusal/return, all outstanding fees noted above plus new shipping charges must be paid before reshipment.
